A system application was designed for the upcoming 2024 Dubai Olympics. Dubai's rich culture and colorful nightlife was an inspiration for the color palette. Each pictogram was designed using a single grid.
Wedged Arabic calligraphy influenced the stylization and line weights of the basic pictograms for the numerous Olympic sports.
Colored pictogram variations were created as a secondary application for each Olympic sport.
